Central Desert Regional Council is looking for an exceptional administrator for the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO.
We are looking for a highly organised person with solid administration experience. You’ll need to respect the confidentiality of the CEO’s office and have the right mix of sass and street smarts to screen calls and correspondence - all in a professional manner. We’re looking for someone with a high degree of cultural competency and strong prioritisation skills, you must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.
Reporting directly to the CEO, our Executive Assistant administers the CEO’s calendar and provides high level administrative support to the wider Executive Team. You’ll be managing Council’s general enquiries inbox, coordinating meetings and events, and running special and discreet projects. You’ll also provide daily oversight and mentorship for the customer service function of the Alice Springs office with an eye to continuous improvement.
